Now 28 years in the AGC, Martin began part-time in Bridgewater NS, then 12 years as an associate at Peoples Church of Montreal, before moving with their four children to become Senior Pastor of Grace Gospel Church, Niagara Falls. Family life has kept their faith grounded and growing! Martin has worked “shoulder-to-shoulder” with the Niagara Falls City Church Network, appreciating the role of Christ’s (diverse) Church in fulfilling the mandate of making disciples until Christ returns. The AGC has always had a special place in Martin’s heart—ever since the church plant in Bridgewater that his family was part of from the start, to being part of AGC leadership at various levels. Along with preaching, leading and pastoral care, nothing brings more joy to his heart than seeing people “get it”—to understand God’s Word and grow to follow close to Jesus more faithfully, confidently, and fruitfully. His prayer is that God will keep him there, close to His heart, and both-feet-in to the faith adventure He started him in over 30 years ago.
